On 20 March, 2008 ABS Holdings and Career Development Center in cooperation with Belgrade university organized first educational lecture within the framework of seminars for Belgrade University students.

Selected by the students “Career Planning” – organization – time management” lecture was delivered by Mrs. Maria Shvigir ABS manpower manager and ABS Fund Director. The lecture was directed to future expert and company leaders with emphasis on time organization planning and its importance in the career planning. The students were provided with time-organization techniques which if duly used helps in your own time organization and performance increase.

The seminar cycle is a part of ABS Activities held within the framework of the plan relating to responsibility of administration as a part of the program “Energy of our future” aimed at the youth support at the beginning of career. The program also includes scholarship award to outstanding students of the Faculty of management sciences and Electrotechnical faculty provided with the possibility to do technical practicum in ABS Holdings enterprises.

The approval that ABS Holdings has trust in the abilities of young specialists serves the fact that among over 1000 serbian coworkers 22% are on the right side of 35.
